  • Registration Form: This is your very first application form, to be completed with a signed Letter of Intent.

  • Letter of Intent: This signed letter confirms your decision to enroll your child for the 2019-20 school year. It is intended to be returned with your deposit, which will be applied to your first month's tuition. You can submit your deposit electronically or by check.

 

The following forms are required to complete enrollment and must be returned to the school by August 15.
